André Mahler has been committed to operational excellence for years. Through leadership experience in large and small organisations - with a management span of up to 500 employees worldwide - he understands the concerns of employees and executives and speaks their language. With more than 10 years of experience as a member of various executive boards, he engages with you at eye level.
Alongside SGZ AG, he serves as Head Corporate Civilisation and Group CFO at foryouandyourcustomers Baar AG, where he holds responsibility as QMR, ISM and DPO across the group with 15 locations in Europe. He is also in close exchange with the German certification partner QM-Solutions.

Impartiality Committee - under development
SGZ AG is building an independent impartiality committee to structurally safeguard certification decisions. The committee consists of external individuals who have no economic or personal dependency on SGZ AG - and reviews whether conflicts of interest exist when required.
This structure follows the requirements for certification bodies and is part of our quality commitment: independence at SGZ is not a declaration of intent, but structurally anchored.
